We improve the success of outsourcing and off shoring initiatives through managing service providers from selection through to implementation and monitoring. We assist clients develop a wide range of Shared Services organizations and improves back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes. We establish and improve the operating performance of in-sourced and outsourced contact centers. We maximize the value of our
clients' real estate portfolios and improve the performance of clients' real estate operations and we assist our clients in determining which geographies are optimum for operations or market expansion.
